  • Can I respond to the letter I recieve?
    Absolutely! If you want to respond to your first letter, simply purchase a continuation letter:
  • Can I receive NSFW content in my order?
    For Letters: Implied sexual content (ex. "I can't stop thinking about the other night") or sexual jokes are fine in our letters, however our writers will not deliver anything further than that in these letters. Letters are written in a very personal way and many of our writers aren't comfortable with supplying NSFW content for that. For One Shots: Smut can be included as long as you're specific about what you want to go down! Do be sure to email us to make sure we have an 18+ writer available for that particular fandom or character.
  • Is Triggering Material okay to include in my order?
    Many of our writers are fully okay addressing any type of trauma related topics (suicide, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, e.t.c.). We ourselves have dealt with difficult situations and disorders in the past, so we're always happy to provide comfort to those currently dealing with such problems. However, we urge you to understand that these letters are for comfort and cannot stand in the place of proper therapy. If you're a danger to yourself, we urge you to seek help from a professional. In addition, you'll have to be sure to include trigger warnings in your form to protect our staff from subjects they may not be comfortable with. We also encourage you to email in advance to ensure there's a writer available for your desired character who can handle the specific Triggering topic!
  • I wanna join the team! How can I?
    Check out the "Join our Team" section of our side menu! It will take you straight to this application form. Though we aren't always actively hiring, we'll be sure to review any applications that are submitted throughout the year!
  • Do you guys do brand deals?
    We absolutely do! If you're an influencer with great engagement rates, with an audience who you think would love our products, please email us over at ceo@sincerelytheirs.com so we can discuss a deal! We offer varying packages of free products depending on what you're hoping for, but at this time we do not offer paid deals.
  • Can I place an order as a Gift?
    Absolutely! Customers do it all the time. Simply fill out the Form with the recipient's information, including your name and contact as well and notate that it's a gift in the Form. We now offer Gift Cards, so you may want to check those out as well!
  • How do I place an order?

  • Are international postal letters available?
    Currently, we're not able to ship internationally. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we encourage you to check out our surplus of digital items instead! These will all be sent to your email.
  • What's the difference between each research fee?
    Thank you for your interest in our research services! Here's a breakdown of our different research fees and how each one should be used: Letter Gen Research Fee: This fee is for when you're purchasing a letter and would like us to do some basic research to complete it. We'll spend extra time diving into wikipedia and youtube clips of the character you want till we're confident that we can write in their voice and do them justice. You will need to repurchase if you order from a different character next time. One Shot Gen Research Fee: This fee is for when you're purchasing a one shot, greeting card, soulmate product, or analyses product and would like us to do some basic research. The only difference between this and the Letter Gen Research fee is that we'll typically be doing more thorough research into the universe, all the main characters, and the backstory! You may need to repurchase if you order from a different character next time. Tv Show Research Fee: This fee can be applied to any product, and should be purchased when you want us to watch an episode of your desired show! You will need to buy one fee per episode. You will never need to repurchase this fee for your fandom, even if you want to order from a different character. Exceptions may apply. Movie Research Fee: This fee can be applied to any product, and should be purchased when you want us to watch the full length of your desired film! You will need to buy one fee per movie. You will never need to repurchase this fee for your fandom, even if you want to order from a different character. Game Research Fee: This fee can be applied to any product, and should be purchased when you want us to play or watch a full walkthrough of your desired game! This fee is by the hour, meaning you will need to search the average game play time or find a walkthrough for the game, and purchase enough fees to cover the number of hours necessary. You will never need to repurchase this fee for your fandom, even if you want to order from a different character. Book Research Fee: This fee can be applied to any product, and should be purchased when you want us to actually read the entirety of your desired book! You will need to buy one fee per book. You will never need to repurchase this fee for your fandom, even if you want to order from a different character. We hope this offers some insight into our different types of research fees!   • I'm not happy with my product. Can I get a refund?
    We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the product you received! As per our refund policy, we do not offer full monetary refunds once an order has been received. This is in order to protect our company and writers from any potential misuse of our services. However, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your order, and we will work with you to make any necessary revisions. You can email us to discuss specific revisions you're interested in!
  • Can I buy an Add-On without purchasing a Main Product?
    Unfortunately, Add-Ons are only available if you are buying a Main Product. You will not receive access to the order forms without one. You can find all qualifying Main Products under the Main Items section of our menu!
  • How long should my order take?
    Hey there! The estimated wait time for our products can differ depending on what you get. Here's a list of the average wait times: Letters, Analysis Products, Valentine's Bundle, & Roommate Finder: 2-3 weeks One Shots, Soulmate Bundle, Domestic Postal, Soul Charts: 3-4 weeks International Postal, Blind Date with Book: 3+ weeks Including an Add-On? Add an extra three days to the date! A lot of these wait times are exaggerated just to ensure we don't get your hopes up and that your writer has plenty of time to get things done and edited, so you likely will get your order before one of these deadlines hits! The awesome thing about our products here at Sincerely Theirs is that every single one of them is made from scratch for you! Real people are writing them, designing them, editing them, and delivering them to you. The not-so-great thing about that? Sometimes, there can be delays! So what happens if you still don't have your order after the anticipated wait time? First, be sure to search your email for delivery@sincerelytheirs.com to ensure your order wasn't placed in spam!
