I ordered a letter for the Tokyo Revengers character’s Haitani Ran & Rindou. My letters were everything I hoped for & more! Everything that I requested to be put in the letters were as exact. From start to finish reading my letters put a huge smile on my face, I had to literally tell myself to stop being delusional 😂. I definitely see myself ordering more letters in the future. And I want those who haven’t ordered a letter yet that is reading this review to know that you should because they’re 1000% worth it! Not to mention their amazing customer service. Sometime after I placed my order I received an email from them informing me that my letter may take sometime to get to me because they only have one writer for the fandom I’m ordering for and they recently got off hiatus. I never received this kind of customer service from any business before and it really made them stand out.
Also, a piece of advice, something that I would like to tell everyone is that originally I believed I would be receiving physical letters and they would be mailed to me (I didn’t see the fine print) I didn't know I would receive them via email. To receive physical letters in the mail is a different service and cost extra. That’s all!

I love Sincerely Theirs, and out of all the times I've bought something I've never had a bad experience! This most recent time, my letter did take about 4 months to arrive which is much later than the expected wait time, but the customer service was quick to respond and I received a complimentary add-on for my trouble. Overall, loved my letter and my experience<3
very good writing, followed my prompt well. i was a little underwhelmed because it was a bit more vague than i was expecting but i completely understand and i don't think it should deter people from buying! it's not too much of an issue and could just be a problem with the prompt i gave. overall pretty satisfied and i will be buying from here again :]
I didn’t expect the pdf letter version to look this realistic which i really like. The letter was amazing, my writer did a really good job, l really liked the letter. The letter is very personalized so it feels so real. I am definitely going to order again. If you are hesitating, buy it, you won’t be sorry and it is very cheap.
